Clear boundaries

Independent advisory and GamBit Custody

I lead GamBit Custody on a fractional mandate and advise independently. GamBit Custody is GamBit Group’s digital-asset custody arm, regulated by Securities Commission Malaysia. Institutional custody enquiries follow GamBit’s process; an independent conversation does not open a custody relationship.

For succession work, my contribution is engineering and operational design alongside the appropriate legal and financial advisers. Engagement scope, responsibilities, and outputs are agreed before work begins.
